These packs recently sold in the blizzard of Laugh-in pack sales on eBay. I never noticed the wrapper differences before. Does anybody know if this a common wrapper variation?

Collecting wrappers is pretty close to collecting full wax packs. I'd say that you are in the right place!
Are you sticking to US wrappers only or world wide? What years are you concentrating on? What is your "best" wrapper?
II know Marty from the Philly shows - I've written articles for The Wrapper. I collect cards, stickers, and wrappers but definitely NOT unopened packs.
Hi Marc and welcome to the forum! Feel free to introduce yourself! What do you collect?
I agree that these pictures of Rowen and Martin are definitely NOT flattering to them.
Marty Krim (Super nice dealer - if you've never heard the name, he has a wax pack collection with over 1500 different packs...yes, 1500!) was kind enough to take a look at our puzzle and he feels that the red faces are likely due to a printing error. He says that there are four different ads on the back of these packs: #437 Free Exploding Battleship, #446 Chemical magic Set, #206 Free Gold Plated Initial Ring and #400 Free Camera.
Looks demonic!
