By the way, I research and document Topps test issues. If possible, could you add high res pics of one front and each back, with the envelopes as flat and squared up as possible? It would be greatly appreciated.

Retail Drac Snax:

Yes, these are Topps test wrappers, usually found in unused condition as yours appear to be. They are from 1976 and the Drac-Snax made it to retail in entirely different wrappers. They are fairly scarce but the demand isn’t that high either.

Pretty sure these are Topps test wrappers from 1976! You may have found something very nice here! I sent this link to one of the big Topps test item experts. Hopefully he'll have something interesting to add.
