Everybody is familiar with the wrapper for the 1964 Bubbles issued Monsters of the Outer Limits cards.
Question: What is the name of the monster depicted on the wrapper and which TV episode did he feature in?

Answer: Chill Charlie and he wasn't used in any TV show episode. Also the text on the back of the cards had nothing to do with the TV show episode plots because they would have had to make additional payments to the show's writers!
