There are two releases by R.L Albert & son N.Y - Flying Fools and Bouncing Buttons both from the 70's. By the looks of the back of Flying Fools, the instructions are in German yet the rest of the wording is in English. Are there any other issues by Albert?

Amazing! The best picture of this that I've ever seen!
Two checklist updates in one day! Wow!! 11.2 is posted!
Have you ever seen a 1966 Tarzan cello wrapper?
Cardhungry has and now you know about it!
I wonder if we can talk him into posting a picture?
Thanks Paul!
These have been added to Checklist 11.1 along with your suggestion of:

Always like seeing things I never knew existed. Those bouncing buttons packs are nice. Have you ever seen the actual contents of a pack? From the wrapper it appears you are trying to get the ball to either land on or go through the button. Seems like an odd concept. That’s why we just keep things sealed around here.
