We are trying to organize individual card packs into groups based on availability - ranging from extremely rare to common.

PS I've added a few packs that we've previously discussed to reconsider. A lot of Insult Postcards have shown up on eBay recently.
I guess I think that Insult Postcards could be moved down to limited because a bunch have showed up on eBay recently.. Adams Family is rare. I'm fine with the Batman packs being limited or scarce.
I really don't know much about the other three either - maybe limited for Casey & Kildare and Wheels and scarce for the 1956 Flags of the World but I'll admit that's a guess.
