Hello fellow pack collectors and thanks for your help with the last group of packs. The 24th group of packs has already been posted.
Here's the next group of packs for your consideration.
We are trying to organize individual card packs into groups based on availability - ranging from extremely rare to common.
You can seen how far we've gotten using the drop down menus under Scarcity on the top menus.
Express your opinions! Argue with each other! Disagree with our previous picks.

Thanks for weighing in WPD...I agree with your sentiment that it's a super tough pack. I also think it's an underappreciated pack. Even if it can be had for reasonable prices, it goes back to the age old question of what we're assessing: "scarcity" or "scarcity relative to price." I think it's scarcity.
I hate to play Switzerland in the situation because I love a good argument about non sport packs...but I can see both points of view here.
At one time I considered Beautiful People a super tough to find pack. And I still think it can be tough to locate, much like a lot of 1970s donruss and fleer issues.
On the other hand, it just doesn’t seem to bring a strong sales price and people don’t really care/appreciate that pack. Which is a little bit unfortunate because it has the feel of a Garbage Pail Kids type of issue and we all know the GPKs are the greatest invention in the past 70 years of the trading card world.
I haven't been following them recently but 2 packs sold for $11.59 in October 2018. Maybe they got a bargain!
I've only seen one Beautiful People pack in the last year on Ebay - otherwise I've only seen wrappers. Definitely scarce as far as availability in the marketplace.
I would go with:
Beautiful People: uncommon
TV Western 5 Cent: Scarce
Funny Valentines - this is the 1966 version (the 1961 boy has red hair) - Limited or scarce
Bowman US Navy Victories: Rare
Zorro 1 Cent: Uncommon or limited
Beautiful People: Scarce
TV Western 5 Cent: Scarce
Funny Valentines: no opinion
Bowman US Navy Victories: Rare
Zorro 1 Cent: Uncommon
