I didn't think there were any big surprises in the prices realized with the latest REA auction but I learned that 1956 Topps Jets cards were issued in two different series (cards 1-120 "Spotter series" and cards 121-240 "Plane Facts"). I don't think that you can distinguish the two series by the wax wrapper but there was a cello pack in the auction with the cards clearly visible.
What does everybody think about the prices realized? Any surprises?

The good news is alot of those older packs are ones I need. They sold for much lower than they should in those PSA holders. In some instances the sale price was barely making up, or losing money after grading fees. That 61T crazy cards cello and the UK/Ireland s1 star wars are on my list now!
